My 2017 Halloween Felt Ornament Set Is Now Avalaible!

For the 2017 Halloween Season, I designed a set of 3 ornaments that are slightly different than last years' patterns but still coordinate with the 1st set. This set will be sold in a bundle of the 3 together.

The First Felt Halloween Ornament Is A Black Cat.

I designed a scary Witch's Black Cat. Most of my ornament designs are usually faces, so it was a treat to do a whole body this time. We've had 3 black cats over the years so I consider this one a friendly cat.

The Second Felt Halloween Ornament Is A Felt Ghost.

This ghost is probably the easiest of all the Halloween ornaments to make. You can sew it like I did or just glue it together with felt glue.

The Third Felt Halloween Ornament Is A Witch's Hat.

I just love this witch's hat! Super easy to make and easy to add details too. Isn't the pumpkin so cute on the hat brim?

Here's All My Felt Halloween Ornaments Together.

I am so tickled at how cute all my Halloween Ornaments look all together! I already have new ideas for next year!

Here's a link to my etsy shop Halloween Bundle Set. And I'll make a sidebar link too.

I hope you enjoy all my Halloween Patterns and will like my Christmas ones as well.

Lessons learned on the Halloween Pattern Club And Thanks To All Who Signed Up!

I'm not gonna lie, it was a rough and tumble few days getting the Halloween patterns together and sent out. First I did something wrong, then there was a glitch in my email system and then my email collector wasn't talking to my email system and I had to manually add everyone...ugh technology!

I want to thank everyone in the club and say how much I appreciate your patience!

In about 2 more days everyone should have all the patterns depending on when you signed up. If there are any issues contact me, asap!

Because of awesome customer service from MailerLite and a little poking around myself I was able to solve the problem. And while the whole thing wasn't exactly a success as far as my stress level was concerned, it exceeded my expectations, I had triple the number of people sign up then I expected, and I will do it again!

Look for a Christmas Ornament Pattern Club in the beginning of November!

Here's A Peek At My Newsletter Frebie.

So working like a madwoman I was able to get my freebie tutorial pdf done just in time for my October newsletter release yesterday. I hope my subscribers liked it.

I decided to do a cute candy corn ornament. I updated an old pattern that I've had for a while. The pattern can be scaled up to make a plush pillow too.
Does anyone remember when I used to make these? (old pic)
How cute would these guys with different facial expressions be sitting in a window or on your couch? (old pic)

Wouldn't this be cute on a Halloween tree? Anyway completing this was a big goal of mine and I'm already thinking about November and December's fun projects

I also announced my website launch to my newsletter subscribers. I will inform the rest of my social media accounts next week.

I have one last thing to do for the website which is proving to be the hardest thing of all...my About Me page. I've always found that writing about myself is anxiety producing. But I'm pushing forward and getting it done today! Wish me luck.

No Tuesday Treasures Today.

Super busy lately so decided not to do Tuesday Treasures this week. I'm working hard at getting new things done for the shop. I couldn't decide if I wanted to put the Halloween ornaments up for sale or not but finally decided to try them. I originally wanted to have 6 but after 4 frustrating tries at doing a witch I gave up and there will only be 5 ornaments. They can be purchased as a set or as singles.
Candy Corn, Pumpkin, Bat, Frank and Black Cat
I'll have some new sweet 5" x 7" digital prints perfect for framing coming into the shop. Cupcakes, ballerinas, and I'll also try the mermaids again plus some other fun paper products.

I'm still working on the Halloween dolls and you can get a sneak peek at those tomorrow on Worktable Wednesday. I do intend to put them up for sale in my shop as soon as I have the whole set completed. They are OOAK and if I make any others they will be different.

Check out this great Penguin Treasury my Plush Penguins are in! So cute! Just gives me happy feet looking at it! If you want to see them all just click on the pic to get to the treasury.

Meet Vlad and Worktable Wednesday

Vlad is done. Took me a while to figure out how to attach his cape. I wanted it to be removable. He was actually the first doll done but I set him aside until I figured the cape situation out.
He's one cool vampire dude. He's a Count, that's royalty you know. He never hesitates to tell you that before he sinks the fangs in. You should be honored.

Vlad has a companion who is on my worktable today but I don't want to show her yet. Instead I'll show 2 of the 3 Halloween felt ornaments I'm working on. I'm not sure about the 3rd one yet.
I think they are so cute. What should the 3rd one be? A cat, a witch, a bat? Any ideas? As soon as I figure out the last one I'll put these in my shop.
