Finally Finished My Lady Rabbit.

Well I think she needs a shawl but other than that she's done. She sat armless for way too long and it took me forever to design the bonnet. I haven't had the time to come up with a little story for her, like I did for the Male Rabbit, but I will eventually. Just wanted to show this to prove I do FINALLY finish things!
I believe I started these bunnies back in February or March? Can't remember!
Now I'm thinking she needs bangs. Darn, I guess she's NOT finished!

Worktable Wednesday...so much going on.

I've been approached to possibly have some plush at a Tech conference this summer. They were especially interested in my plush Tardis since the Doctor Who show is gaining popularity here in the States. But I can't just sell those so I started playing around with some new designs to go along with the Tech theme. A Nerdy Guy and A Robot. Thinking about A Nerdy Girl too. What do you think?
The other side of my worktable holds 2 of my Pirate theme plush dolls that I've had on hold forever. They were in my unfinished projects pile. I dug them out and started working on them until this whole "Tech" thing came up so they may remain unfinished for a bit longer.

Messy, crazy worktable! I'm usually pretty good about tidying up but since I'm in the thick of working right now it's going to stay a mess for a while. What does your worktable look like?

Jack Frost Finished

I'm pretty pleased at how the doll came out. He's impish and slightly creepy...just what I wanted!
He's made in all winter blues with a snowflake patterned vest and hat.
Clear glass beads are sewn onto the middle of the snowflake pattern on his vest and hat. I also did some simple embroidery on the snowflakes fabric.
Curly elf shoes!
Jack has button joints on his shoulders, elbows and hips so he can sit and be posed. As much as I love him he's going in the shop and I hope someone else will love him as much as I do.
