This will be an interesting one and a dry run for what to expect at xmas too I guess. This is the first year my son won't be home. It's kind of weird.

Team Bacon Thanksgiving Treasure Hunt

My etsy team, Team Bacon is having a Thanksgiving Treasure Hunt. The clues for this fun, bacony game will run from today, Monday, November 22, through next Monday, November 29. The 15% off discount will be useable in participating shops from Monday, November 29, through Sunday, December 5. New Ornaments In The Shop and Lots Of Custom Orders.

I had a little pattern cut out, a mini version of my plush penguins but wasn't sure I was going to do finish them. Well I'm glad I did cause they seem to be quite popular little things! I even have some custom order penguins too.

Working on lots of Custom Plush Tardis Orders that are shipping all over the world and here in the US. Isn't the pink one awesome! A special order for a lovely girl in the UK.

As always I have owls. Here's the first of many. Just need to sew up the rest of them!

A Few Mini Plush, A WIP and A Treasury.

I decided to do some mini plush of my large Holiday Plush Dolls. So far I have a Reindeer and a Snowman. Not sure how many I'll be able to do as I have 3 large time consuming custom orders to make this week. So if you want one grab it now or custom order one so you'll be sure to get it.

As always I have owls. I think I'm only making minis right now because of time. Here's Ginger the sweet Gingerbread owl. I have several others in production and they are all Winter Holiday owls (not Christmas) that anyone might like to decorate with.

I also had a sale buster weekend in my etsy shop. I sold 4 items this weekend. I know, 4 items?! Well in my little shop that's a huge deal so I'm very pleased and excited!
I sold a fat penguin and 3 Custom Tardis Plush. One of the Tardis is a totally custom PINK one! So excited to make that!

  I have a mini gingerbread owl finished and ready to go in the shop and a mini reindeer and mini snowman. (I'll probably hold off on the reindeer and snowman cause family comments have me re-thinking them.) Don't have a photo to share of the owl yet my camera battery died last night.

Gingers and Reindeer Have Arrived!

Gingerbread People, Sugar Cookie People and Red Nosed Reindeer have arrived in the studio. They will be making their way into my etsy shop today. Quick sneak peeks.

 There is a snowman too that I didn't get finished last night and a Santa. All of these designs will be done in mini form for stocking stuffers/ornaments if I have time to crank them out. I hope you have enjoyed seeing my holiday plush dolls!

"Snarky Girl Doll" #1

Back in June of this year I debuted a prototype for a new felt doll that I called a "Snarky Girl Doll". The design is based on my daughter. My daughter is affectionately called "Snarky Girl" or Queen of Snarkdom because of her temperamental teenage attitude. You never know what's she's going to say or when she'll explode for any reason. This seems to be typical for girls between 13 and 18.

I changed the design just a bit and made the doll larger and added more detail. Now I've finally have one finished and with my daughter's approval and blessings "Snarky Girl Dolls" is ready to launch. I'll be testing them out in etsy to see how they do and hopefully get constructive feedback.

Lita Was A Doggie Skellie

for Halloween. She's not the kind of little dog who enjoys wearing clothes but Halloween and a coat in the winter I have to make her do. Well there is no need on Halloween except for my own personal amusement and the little kids like to see her dressed up.
