A Year In Review

2012 wasn't the greatest year for me health-wise etc. I know for some people it was way worse so I'm not really going to complain about my little life. Looking forward to 2013 being much better and will work hard to achieve that for myself.

Going to show a photo review of the year. Some notable highlights of the year were: I was published for the first time in Soft Dolls and Animals Magazine. I was accepted into Art Dolls Only Group and I really did some of my best work so far. Pretty darn pleased with those. I also jumped out of my comfort zone kicking and screaming. Was one of the best things I've ever done for myself.

Custom Ornament
Paper Clay Valentine Bunny
 Paper Clay Snow Kids

 300 Penguin Wedding Ornaments

Elsa and Frank Topsy Turvy Doll
 Prim Doll Challenge

When I have them all on one post like this I see how much time and energy I spent on these so I guess it was a good creative year even though it wasn't a quantity year.

I wish you all a fantastic 2013!

Another Feature and a Treasury Too.

I'm feeling quite popular lately. My silly creations are being noticed and talked about. Makes me very happy.

On Monday of this week I was featured on a blog with some other really great Halloween items. Go to this blog cause you've all seen my Frank before but the items featured right above Frank are beautiful and amazing! If you love steampunk you will love them.

I put some of my last year's ornaments in the shop yesterday and someone was kind enough to put my Santa ornament in an early Holiday Treasury. Seriously there is some really good stuff in this treasury!

Sorry for the lack of Friday Finds this month. It's been a bit stressful here for me. My son moved across country and unfortunately  things haven't gone as well as he hoped so I've been distracted worrying about him. I hope to start up Friday Finds again in November. If you'd like to be featured please let me know.

I Got Something Lovely In The Mail

I was a winner twice in the One World One Heart Blog Giveaway
and my first item just arrived.

Susan does amazing work, please do stop by her blog
and see her wonderful art.

He a blown glass ornament that is handpainted. He's so
amazing. I've collected Santa face ornaments for a few
years so I was super excited to win this one. He,
however will not go on the tree because he'd never survive
2 kids, a cat and a dog. So I'm looking for a special
and safe place for him to call home.

Here's another shot of Santa. I wanted to show you how large
and wonderful he is in my fat little hand.
